Social Media Marketer (Short-Form Video)

Who are you?
You don’t necessarily need to have an extensive resume.
We think it’s much more important that you:
- Knows TikTok and Instagram inside and out.
- You can even record videos with a smartphone.
- You’re skilled in using software such as CapCut, Edits (or Premiere Pro), and Canva.
- Understands how storytelling works.
- Spot trends before anyone else does.
- You’re creative, but also independent.
- You’re not afraid to be in front of or behind the camera.
- You always have a slightly better idea than “let’s just make a Reel.”
What are you going to do?
You’ll come up with ideas, film, edit, and publish content that people actually watch. You’ll also manage the social media accounts of various clients.
You’re involved from the initial idea to the final edit.
Consider:
- Coming up with TikToks that could go viral.
- Filming Instagram Reels on location.
- Translating trends into brands.
- Write hooks that keep people watching.
- Record your own videos (with your phone).
- Make edits that are easy on the eyes.
- Create social media posts that tap into current events.
- Collaborating with photographers, creators, and marketers.
- Content Days are held at client locations throughout the Netherlands (with a focus on the Randstad)
- Coming up with new formats that get customers excited.
No two days are the same. One day you’re at a luxury hotel, the next day at a festival or the opening of a new restaurant.
What are you good at?

- You always have a slightly better idea than “let’s just make a Reel.”
Bonus points if you…
- have built up your own TikTok or Instagram account;
- have experience in the hospitality industry, festivals, or lifestyle;
- have a knack for photography;
- AI tools used to create content faster and more efficiently.
