Ideas to work on your branding during the Corona crisis<\/h1><\/div>

Veel bedrijven hebben in deze tijd natuurlijk moeite om omzet te draaien tijdens deze Coronacrisis. Maar wat kun je w\u00e9l doen? We gaan even los met een aantal ‘If I Was A …’ scenario’s in de hoop dat iemand die in deze specifieke branche zit er iets aan heeft. 💡<\/p>\n

Merken die zich focussen op branding komen er n\u00e1 een crisis sterker uit. Dit blijkt uit diverse onderzoeken (o.a. BCG Henderson Institute, 2020). Het is nu eenmaal een feit dat er gedurende een crisis minder geld wordt besteed. Focus je dus niet teveel op het behalen van de voorheen beoogde omzetdoelen, maar stel deze bij en zet vooral standjes bij als het gaat om de branding van jouw bedrijf.<\/p>\n

Het is ten eerste dus belangrijk om begrip te hebben voor de emoties van jouw doelgroep, jouw eigen waarden naar voor te brengen en een excellente klantenservice te hebben.\u2060 Onderhoudt contact met (voormalig) klanten en vraag pro-actief waar je hen mee kan helpen, zelfs als dit op vrijwillige basis zou zijn. Probeer verwachtingen te overtreffen en zet daarnaast dus volledig in op branding.<\/p>\n

\u2023 Horecazaak 🍽: dan zou ik videos opnemen met onze chefs waarin zij een ‘at home recept’ bereiden;<\/p>\n

\u2023 Stomerij 👕: dan zou ik de verhalen van klanten gaan vertellen. Welk verhaal zat er achter die vlek? Naar welk feest met welke bekende personen is hij\/zij geweest? Tijdens welke deal had hij\/zij dat pak aan?<\/p>\n

\u2023 Sportschool 🏋🏼‍♂️: dan zou ik de resistance bands opsturen naar mijn vaste klanten om via Zoom gezamenlijke groepslessen mee te geven;<\/p>\n

\u2023 Kapper ✂️: dan zou ik tutorials opnemen om thuis de mooiste haarcreaties te maken \/ een do-it-your-self kit aanbieden;<\/p>\n

\u2023 \u2060Event-organisator 🍹: dan zou ik delen van mijn event online gaan hosten, zoals bijvoorbeeld een (cocktail)workshop of een livestream met een van de artiesten of sprekers.<\/p>\n

\u2023 Autodealer 🚗: dan zou ik een Drive-Thru maken waar alle auto’s van mijn merk(en) gratis schoonmaakmiddel voor hun auto kunnen ophalen \u00f3f juist een BBQ erbij houden voor de vaste klanten (uiteraard blijft iedereen in hun eigen auto zitten)<\/p>\n

\u2023 Beautysalon 💄: dan zou ik de ‘skincare’ en ‘make-up routines’ van de teamleden dagelijks filmen en delen via Instagram (live).<\/p>\n
